On Tuesday, April 2, the Dutch government opened the tender to develop the Hollandse Kust Noord offshore wind park located 18.5 kilometres off the west coast of the Netherlands. The two-site farm will have a capacity of up to 760 Megawatt. The tender will be open until April 30. The Dutch government has expressed confidence that the wind farm can be build without subsidies - like similar offshore wind projects in the past.
