All sectors of the industry are represented on the Board of Trustees of the the German Offshore Wind Energy Foundation:

• Operators of offshore wind farms
• Transmission system operators
• Manufacturers of wind turbines, cables and foundations
• Suppliers
• Manufacturers of high-voltage transmission technology
• The maritime industry (shipowners, seaports, shipyards, manufacturers and operators of maritime or marine technology)
• Certifiers and testing companies
• Insurance companies and insurance brokers
• Representatives of the banking sector

In addition, federal and state ministries important to the industry are also a part of the Foundation's Board of Trustees.

Trustees of the German Offshore Wind Energy Foundation benefit from a cross-sectoral, politically excellently networked institution that keeps a forward-looking eye on the industry as a whole.

As a member of the Board of Trustees, you have various, flexible options for a regular exchange with the Foundation's management team. We will be happy to provide you with our expertise and insights in an unbiased manner and help you with national and international contacts ("matchmaking"). In addition, you will have access to diverse, sometimes exclusive information, established network structures and planned workshops. As a trustee of the German Offshore Wind Energy Foundation, you have privileged access to new initiatives, project results, developments as well as cooperations of the Foundation and can also influence the work and orientation of the Foundation by choosing thematic focuses yourself. In addition, the management is available to you for presentations at events.
